Our cheese chews begin with milk.
The milk is heated and coagulated using lemon juice. The curd is separated from the liquid, pressed and formed before being cut into individual chews.
The chews then undergo a controlled drying process that produces their firm texture.
After drying, products are checked for size, weight, appearance and overall condition.
Depending on the customer and product program, finished chews can then be packed for retail sale, supplied in bulk or prepared for private-label customers.
The process is designed to produce consistent products from one production batch to the next.
